We DESPERATELY need testing JIM COSTA on why tests aren't being run "The machines are not running?" DR.BRIX: "They're not running. We've only run 88,000 tests in 3 weeks off of those machines with a million test kits." They're only running less than 10% of the tests? WHY?!?
