I’m very encouraged that #AmyConeyBarrett, for all her learning and intellectual power, is no match for Justice Elena Kagan in persuasiveness or wit. To be blunt, Kagan will argue rings around Barrett within the Court over the coming decades and that Kagan’s views will triumph.
