BREAKING: The Supreme Court just ruled that @MarcoRubio & Congress were wrong to prohibit the Obama Admin from paying risk corridors to reduce premiums in the ACA in the early years. Congress did anyway, causing insurers to leave & raise rates. This should never have happened.
