August 26 was the 5th anniversary of my being paralyzed. The irony is that whenever I write about #disability, I hemorrhage followers--yet it was an internal bleed that caused my paralysis. Remember: 1 in 5 Americans has a disability and anyone can become #disabled. Be kinder.
