Republicans Jeff Flake, Orrin Hatch & Bob Corker are all retiring from the Senate. I hereby decree that retiring Senators should have no say in the confirmation of a SCOTUS judge. There IS precedent for this line of thinking. (Thanks, Mitch) cc: @TheDemocrats
