Kavanaugh said he was 18 in the summer of 1982, so drinking was legal. I just checked: Kavanaugh was only 17 that summer. And it doesn't matter because the drinking age in MD in 1982 was 21. There is no lie too large or small that he won't tell to be seen as perfect. @MSNBC
