I admire @NickKristof enormously, but disagree w what he said to @Lawrence on @TheLastWord. He said it was okay for 45 to pardon Scooter Libby. Libby jeopardized a CIA agent and lied to the FBI. Pardoning him, like Arpaio pardon, is a signal to witness to not cooperate w Mueller.
